Q1. How to register with OPPO Online Store?

A1. You may click on register at OPPO Online Store main page, enter all the detail, and click on submit.

 

Q2. Do I need to use email address for register an account at OPPO Online Store?

A2. Yes, you must use the valid email to register.

 

Q3. Can I use mobile phone number to register and login?

A3.  No, please register and login via email.

 

Q4. Do I need to login my account to purchase?

A4. Yes, you must login to your account.

 

 

PURCHASE & ORDER

 

Q5. What is OPPO Online Store?

A5. Online Store portal is an exclusive OPPO Brand Store, that operated by OPPO. It is an e-commerce platform that sells OPPO product natiowide. OPPO Online Store provides OPPO mobile phone and Olike accessories.

 

Q6. How can I know the stock is available?

A6. If  the item is available, you will see "Buy Now". If the item show "Out of stock" and you will not able to place order.

 

Q7. Can I make the purchase via phone call?

A7. OPPO Online Store in an e-commerce platform. Online Store do not support for telephone purchase.

 

Q8. Can I pay when the goods arrived (Cash On Delivery)?

A8. OPPO do not apply this policy.

 

Q9. Can OPPO deliver my purchase to overseas?

A9. All OPPO Online Store purchases must be delivered within Malaysia only.

 

Q10. Can I change my email or contact number after registration?

A10. Yes, ypu can chnge it at "Contact Information".

 

Q11. Can I combine several orders that I have purchased?

A11. Sorry, due to system limitation, you only can re-submit a new order.

 

Q12. How can I view my order number?

A12. You may login to OPPO Online Store account and click "My Order". It is at the top of the web page.

Q13. How can I make payment?

A13. Currently payment can be made via IPay 88 (Online Tranfer) or Credit Card (Visa/ Master Card).

 

Q14. If I want to cancel order after make payment, can I get refund?

A14. Sorry, we do not support for the refund policy.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Q15. Who is our entrusted to delivery partner?

A15. City-Link has been entrusted as our delivery partner.

 

Q16. How can I track my parcel?

Q17. When I will receive my parcel after make payment?

A17. You will be able to receive your parcel estimate 3-5 working days.

 

Q18. Is there any delivery charges incurred?

A18. For purhase more than RM100 in one order, delivery charges will be cover by OPPO. For those less than RM100, delivery charges will be displayed underneath the "Shipping Method" when you perform check out on our website.

 

Q19. Where are my goods shipping from?

A19. All OPPO product at OPPO Online Store are shipped from OPPO HQ Malaysia.

 

Q20. Can my order be delivered to other address?

A20. Sure, Plesae enter the address at Shippind Information upon checkout.

 

Q21. I stay in a rural area. Will OPPO Online Store be able to deliver to my area?

A21.  OPPO Online Store Malaysia is able to deliver your order package to all the domestic areas. Plesae ensure the address provided during checkout is accurate.

 

Q22. Am I able to pick up my order at OPPO Online Store office?

A22. Sorry, currently OPPO Online Store does not provide this service. 

 

 

WARRANTY

Q24. How should I define the warranty period?

A24. The warranty period starts from the date when youacknowledge receipt of the product.

 

 

OPPO-CARE TERMS & CONDITION

OPPO Care Card Service Content

1. OPPO Care service is only available with the purchase of new OPPO phone. The validity is 12 months and effective from the date of purchase.

2. Customer will enjoy free service if the repair costs incurred does not exceed 85% of the phone price. Customer will need to bear the price difference if the repair costs incurred exceed 85% of the phone price. OPPO Care service is terminated after the service is completed.

3. All the faulty parts replaced belong to MALAYSIA OPPO ELECTRONICS.

4. OPPO Care is not refundable or replaceable under any circumstances.

5. In case that the phone register with OPPO Care had been replaced by a new one, OPPO Care will also be bound to the newly replaced phone IMEI. Date of effectiveness of OPPO Care service will also be reset to the data of the phone replacement.

6. Every new phone is allowed to purchase one OPPO Care only.

 

 

OPPO Care Card Service Exclusion

1. Damaged caused on purpose

2. Virus or malicious software that caused that damaged of normal usage of phone or failure of the application.

3. Damage or loss of non-basic phone functionality data, programs and application.

4. Barcode and IMEI label are obliterated, damaged or unrecognizable.

5. Any personal disassembly or modification is made in faulty injury or property losses that caused by phone faulty.
