WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON OPPOSTORE.COM.MY?

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the Malaysia (Western & East), and do not ship internationally. Oppostore is able to accept Courier addresses for your billing need.

 

HOW DO I WANT TO RECEIVED THE ITEM(S)?

Currently we are offering two delivery option to received your items which is Post (Courier) & Pickup (Self-Collection).

If you choose collect by yourself, you can save on delivery costs and won't have to wait for the item to be posted to you. You find and select a shop location. Purchase your item on Oppstore. We'll send a invoice and collect your item at the selected shop, and the shop will let you know when your item is ready. You must collect your item yourself and follow the Billing Details as the person.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Most OPPO products are shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than a RM 99, you will incur shipping costs as follows:

EAST & WEST Malaysia - RM 8 shipping fee (Orders Below RM99)

 

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Should you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us with your order details at [email protected] Please note that should your order already be packed and ready for pick up we will not be able to amend the address.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE OREDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We expect orders to be packed within 48 hours of when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped via Courier Post we will notify you via email, we expect the parcel to arrive within 1 to 7 business days. (Please note that should there be delays within the postal system, this may delay the arrival of your parcel.) Oppo is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.
