Key responsibilities
- Plan an editorial calendar across Android guides, mobile security, device reviews and gaming.
- Commission articles with clear briefs, target readers, search intent, sources and deadlines.
- Perform structural, line and copy edits while preserving each writer’s voice.
- Verify specifications, prices, dates, benchmarks, app permissions and safety claims against reliable sources.
- Improve headlines, introductions, metadata, internal links, image captions and article readability.
- Enforce disclosure rules for affiliate links, sponsored content, review units and conflicts of interest.
- Maintain the style guide, corrections log and reusable testing or fact-checking checklists.
- Coach contributors with specific feedback and approve publication-ready copy.
Required qualifications
- At least two years of editing, journalism, publishing or equivalent portfolio experience.
- Excellent written English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strong fact-checking judgment and the ability to distinguish evidence, inference and opinion.
- Working knowledge of smartphones, Android, apps, cybersecurity basics and consumer technology.
- Comfort with content management systems, shared documents, spreadsheets and basic HTML formatting.

Key responsibilities
- Research and write original Android tutorials, app explainers, security checklists and device comparisons.
- Translate technical concepts into simple steps without removing important warnings or limitations.
- Use primary sources where available, including manufacturer documentation, app policies and official support pages.
- Test instructions before submission and provide original screenshots, notes or source links when requested.
- Write useful headings, summaries, FAQs, image text and internal links based on the assigned brief.
- Update older articles when software versions, prices, policies or product availability change.
- Respond to edits, meet agreed deadlines and disclose any product relationship or conflict.
Required qualifications
- A strong writing portfolio; one year of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Clear written English and an ear for natural Malaysian usage; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Ability to research independently, cite trustworthy information and avoid unsupported claims.
- Familiarity with Android settings, APK installation, app permissions and common mobile security risks.

Produce evidence-based reviews from repeatable hands-on testing—not specifications copied from a product page.

Key responsibilities
- Test phones, apps and games using a documented methodology and realistic Malaysian usage scenarios.
- Evaluate battery life, charging, heat, connectivity, display, audio, camera, performance and long-session comfort where relevant.
- Record software version, test settings, network conditions, benchmark runs and limitations so results can be reproduced.
- Check app permissions, privacy behaviour, update history, developer identity and installation safety.
- Capture original photographs, screenshots, test logs and concise notes throughout the review period.
- Compare products fairly at current Malaysian prices and identify who should—or should not—buy them.
- Disclose review units, gifts, affiliate relationships and any contact with a manufacturer or developer.
- Protect pre-release information and return borrowed devices in the condition and timeframe agreed.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience reviewing or deeply testing smartphones, apps, games or related consumer technology.
- Strong understanding of Android, device specifications and the difference between benchmark and real-world performance.
- Ability to describe test methods, recognise unreliable results and avoid overstating small differences.
- Competence with photography or screen capture sufficient to document findings clearly.
- Good written communication and the ability to turn technical evidence into a balanced recommendation.

Website Designer
Improve the reading experience while protecting speed, accessibility, consistency and editorial trust.

Key responsibilities
- Design responsive article, category, landing, navigation and conversion patterns for desktop and mobile.
- Maintain a practical design system covering typography, spacing, cards, forms, buttons, colour and states.
- Create designs that support long-form reading, clear disclosure placement and accessible navigation.
- Work directly with HTML and CSS when required and provide implementation-ready specifications.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, image handling, layout stability and perceived loading performance.
- Test keyboard navigation, focus states, contrast, readable type sizes and common responsive breakpoints.
- Protect SEO essentials such as semantic headings, internal links, metadata areas and structured content.
- Collaborate with editors so design choices improve comprehension rather than distract from the article.
Required qualifications
- A portfolio showing responsive editorial, publishing, blog, media or content-heavy website work.
- Strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing and component-design skills.
- Working knowledge of semantic HTML, modern CSS and basic JavaScript behaviour.
