Editorial Policy

Our editorial rule is straightforward: tell readers what we know, how we know it and what we could not verify.

Research Is Not the Same as Testing

A phone comparison based on official specifications is a researched buying guide. It is not a hands-on review. If we personally test a device or app, we should name the model, software version, test date and any important limits. We do not use “tested” just because a page opened or an APK installed once.

The Sources We Prefer

We start with manufacturer specifications, Android documentation, app-store records, developer documentation and relevant public authorities. Independent testing can add useful context. Copied listings, anonymous posts and search snippets are not enough for an important safety or buying claim.

• Prices include a date and market because Malaysian promotions move quickly.
• Manufacturer performance claims are attributed to the manufacturer.
• Official product images are credited; hands-on articles should use original screenshots where possible.
• When sources disagree, we show the uncertainty instead of picking the more exciting number.

How the Team Contributes

Hakim is the current writer and editor. Apoorva Mathe helps review structure, search intent and clarity. Tedi Alamsyah provides technical review when a mobile-development or app claim needs it. A reviewer is credited only after actually reviewing that article.

APK and Security Articles

No scan can prove that an APK is completely safe. When we examine one, useful details include the source domain, package name, version, permissions, file hash and test date. We do not call a download “official” unless the developer or operator identity can be supported.

We do not host APK files in this static site, and our guides should never tell readers to leave Android protections disabled permanently.

Money, Gaming and Regulated Services

Content involving deposits, prizes or chance-based games needs extra care. We do not promise winnings, hide financial risk or treat a working download as proof that a service is licensed or lawful everywhere.

Commercial Independence

The site currently has no affiliate links, referral codes, paid recommendations or sponsored rankings. A company can point out a factual error, but it cannot buy a favourable conclusion. Any future commercial relationship must be disclosed where readers see the relevant link or recommendation.

Software and AI Assistance

We may use software to organise notes, check grammar or help with a draft. It never counts as a source. The named author is responsible for checking the facts and approving the final article.

When we get something wrong, we fix it. Material changes should be explained, not quietly hidden. See our Corrections Policy.
